This weekend Silk FLowers and City Center embarked on an epic journey to Baltimore, Providence, and SUNY Purchase.
These guys really help us all out in our lives.
A machine powered by tea!
Eyes as blue and deep as the ocean
We found time on our way to Providence to wage a protest against junk food. Eat your veges or we'll eat you!
Tres pelivosos
We loitered the fuck out of this super market in CT.
Night Shades!
In Providence our gracious host Ben (Rainbro) prepared a delicious meal. Vege chili, home made bread, and a can of beer. I thought I was back in the old country.
We watched Halloween and I must say, at the risk of being ostricised by the community, it was kinda boring.
This is Fred Thomas AKA City Center AKA Saturday Looks Good To Me. If you've never heard his music you are deeply asleep and must wake from your slumber. I have a lot of respect for him and his "back to basics" approach with his latest project City Center. Rather than capitalise on the noteriety of his former bands to be able to play bigger venues the man is shown here, on his knees in white mind you, performing in a damp basement in Providence, Rhode Island. He has also pressed his own 7", which totally rules!
